The description actually says the price is 25,000,000 Euros...much more than 340,000 US.

They commented on the bottom of their description that it was an error by eBay:

"Ganz wichting der Verkaufspreis der Insel beträgt EUR 25.000.000,00 und nicht EUR 250.000,00 der Richtige Betrag läst sich leider in der ebay Maske nicht eingeben."
