Shiloh Pepin, a girl who was born with fused legs, a rare condition often called "mermaid syndrome," and gained a wide following on the Internet and national television, has died. She was 10.

i remember watching her on a tlc special all about her condition. She was so wise for her age and had one hell of a great outlook on her life. May she rest in peace, my thoughts and prayers go out to her family during this most difficult time.
